Photojournalism and Street Photography

After the first shooting experience I had and had a tutorial with my lecturer I shifted my Covid idea. We have discussed the idea of photographing youths like myself who are finding it difficult to meet with friends because of the restrictions. The idea is to go to locations that I and other youths meet their friends in. I took the opportunity of hanging out with my friends to take some images of the scenes at the Pama parking lot. I noticed people coming to meet with friends around 9:00 and 10:00 in the evening. Most of the images I have is of my friends and sneaky shots of other people who were present. There were a good majority of people in front of restaurants like KFC and Burger King. As for settings I decided to set my ISO to 1600 as I do not mind the noise it creates. Aperture was open all the way and I mixed the settings on shutter speed to get the desired brightness.  Below are some of the images I took:

 I went for a short work to observe peoples behaviours during these Covid times.  I decided to take my small camera with me to try and go unnoticed. There were a fair amount of people in the street and some were not abiding by the rules. It was not comfortable to ask people for me to take their images and in fact I did not have a conversation with anyone. I tried to sneak some shots but not as many as I had hoped to have. I will be discussing with my lecturer to think of a solution. Below are some of the shots I took
